Terms of service.
Last updated July 11, 2026 · Launch draft for counsel review
These draft terms are a structural placeholder for counsel. They should not be published as final terms without the operator's legal identity, governing law, dispute framework, tax treatment, refund terms, and product-specific review.
Service
BrokenGPT provides access to open-weight language models through web chat and an API. Features, upstream models, availability, and limits may change. The model disclosure identifies the configured engine and important limitations.
Accounts and keys
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and promptly revoke exposed keys. You are responsible for traffic and downstream products operated through your account.
Plans, billing, and limits
Paid plans renew until canceled through the billing portal. Displayed token allowances, request limits, and context caps are plan entitlements, not a guarantee of uninterrupted capacity. Define taxes, refund rules, proration, overages, and cancellation timing before charging.
Acceptable use
The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. High steerability does not authorize illegal or harmful use.
Customer content
You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the permissions required to process it and deliver output. You must have the rights and lawful basis to submit personal, confidential, or copyrighted material.
Disclaimers and liability
Output may be incorrect or harmful if used without judgment. The service should be offered with jurisdiction-appropriate warranty disclaimers, liability caps, indemnity terms, and exclusions drafted by counsel.
Termination and changes
We may suspend accounts for policy, security, legal, payment, or infrastructure reasons. Material terms and price changes should receive advance notice where required.
